Tumblers are 20oz & 30oz stainless steel, double wall insulated tumblers. Drinks will stay hot for 4+ hours and cold for 12+ hours.
Mugs are 15oz glass mugs
All sublimation tumblers can be shipped within 24hrs.
Villainz
Item is handmade and small flaws can be expected! But we do our best to only send out the best to our customers. Handle with care, avoid extreme heat, and not dishwasher safe.
Do not Microwave
Due to the custom nature of our business, returns are not accepted. In extenuating circumstances returns may be arranged but must be discussed with us prior to sending a return back. If an item is deemed to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.All in stock items will be shipped within 3-5 days. Custom items will be shipped within 3-5 days after completion; meaning if you are receiving a custom item and are quoted two weeks, the item will be shipped within 3-5 days after the two weeks. As a small business we strive to exceed expectations and will ship items as soon as possible.
