Due to the custom nature of our business, returns are not accepted. In extenuating circumstances returns may be arranged but must be discussed with us prior to sending a return back. If an item is deemed to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Custom items will be shipped within 3-5 days after completion; meaning if you are receiving a custom item and are quoted two weeks, the item will be shipped within 3-5 days after the two weeks.
